Refund Process

Switching Camp Weeks

In order to switch weeks for the HPTA Summer Camp, all three requirements must be met:


  1. The switch request must be submitted via email to

  2. The week(s) of a camp a player is switching to must have the roster space necessary to accommodate them.

  3. The switch request must be submitted within the established time frames as detailed below:


  • June 1, 2021 (on or before): A player may switch to any week of camp at any time.

  • After June 1, 2021: A player may switch to any week of camp provided that the weeks they are switching to is/are no less than one week away from the request submission date.

    For example: If you are registered for Week 2 of Summer Camp which begins on June 21, you cannot request to be switched to Week 1 after June 7.


COVID-19 Impact

If the HPTA Summer Camp does not operate due to state or county health orders or mandates in 2021, you will receive a full refund for any and all impacted weeks of Summer Camp.



If you enroll in the HPTA Summer Camp and your plans change, or if your child child is unable to attend camp this summer, you can receive a refund for any camp fees paid as follows:


  • May 1, 2021 (on or before): Full cancellations by May 1, 2021 will receive a refund for all tuition paid.

  • May 2 through June 1, 2021: Cancel by June 1, 2021 and receive a refund for 50% of camp fees paid and 25% credit to be used toward future clinics at HPTA.

  • After June 1: Cancel after June 1, 2021 and receive a credit for camp fees paid for unused weeks to be used through September 2, 2022.



Any credits awarded will be valid for all 2022 sessions at HPTA beginning in September 2021 and ending in June 2022 and through the June-August 2022 Summer Camp season.


No Shows

Participants who do not attend their registered session (for any reason, including illness or vacation) or who do not contact HPTA to cancel by the refund/credit dates listed, will not receive a refund or credit.
