  • How do I access my HPTA Account?
    Your HPTA Account can be accessed via the below login: Portal: hpta.clubautomation.com Login: your email address Password: chosen password Additionally, HPTA has an app! You can download the “HPTA” app in the app store, which will allow you easy access to our programming and court booking system. The app also allows you to remit payment for any outstanding charges. If you are having trouble accessing your account, you can email us at rvcc@hpta-riverside.com, or text us at 484-431-1336, and we’d be happy to help!
  • How can I best contact HPTA?
    The best way to contact the HPTA office is via email at rvcc@hpta-riverside.com. The second best way is to call us at 610 293-9347. If you call us, and we are unable to pick up the phone, please leave a voicemail. We will be sure to get back to you as soon as possible by phone, text, or email. You can also text us at 484-431-1336, for any quick questions you need answering. For our hours of operation and office hours, please see the section “Contact Information & Hours of Operation”. We answer emails, phone calls and texts within the hours of operation of the HPTA Office. Who to contact?   • I have a question about rescheduling a Private Lesson or Clinic, who should I contact?
    Clinics If you have to miss a clinic, don’t fret! We are happy to schedule a make-up clinic for you. Please send an email to rvcc@hpta-riverside.com, 48 hours prior. In the email, please include the clinic you will be missing with day/time, as well as the make-up clinic you wish to reschedule to. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request. We cannot accommodate make-ups sent within 24 hours of the missed clinic. Private lessons If you have to miss a scheduled private lesson, please reach out directly to the coach you are missing the lesson with. If you are rescheduling a prepaid package lesson, the lesson must be completed in the same session (5 week period). For the start/end dates of our sessions, please see the section "Dates & Rates". Canceling Private lessons HPTA’s cancelation policy is 48 hours. Any prepaid package lessons, or daily lessons, canceled within 48 hours will be charged. HPTA’s coaches will do their best to reschedule the private lesson at a later time. However, please note that we have limited court space, and all make-up lessons are to be completed before the end of the same session.
  • How can I pay for my private lesson or clinic?
    **RVCC Membership will be billed through the RVCC Billing Portal** Non-Members We accept cards, cash and checks as forms of payment. The easiest way to pay is through the HPTA online portal. There, you can review your statement and remit payment for any balances outstanding. Statements, or invoices, will be sent automatically every 1st of the month to your provided email address. If you are not receiving your statements, please contact the HPTA office at rvcc@hpta-riverside.com. You can also choose to opt-in to our EFT system. This will automatically run through any outstanding balances on every 5th of the month to your credit card on file. Reach out to the HPTA office at rvcc@hpta-riverside.com if you wish to enroll in the EFT. Playing and paying has never been easier!
  • How do I schedule or book court time?
    If you wish to schedule open court time with us, please access your HPTA account either at hpta.clubautomation.com, or on the HPTA app! A credit card on file is required to book court time. If you need any help with booking a court, or with your HPTA Account, please do not hesitate to reach us at rvcc@hpta-riverside.com.
  • What are HPTA's payment policies?
    Credit Card on File Policy As an account holder of HPTA’s online reservation system, a credit card on file is required to participate in programs, private lessons, or to reserve a court. ***THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO RVCC MEMBERS*** Credit Policy Switching programming days In order to switch programming days for the session, all requirements must be met: The switch request must be submitted via email to rvcc@hpta-riverside.com. The program(s) must have the roster space necessary to accommodate them. COVID-19 Impact If HPTA programming does not operate due to state or county health orders or mandates in 2022, you will receive a credit on the impacted programs. Cancellations If you enroll in HPTA programming and your plans change, or if your child is unable to attend the selected program, you can receive a refund or credit for any fees paid as follows: Before the start of the first day of the Session: cancel your enrollment for a program before the first day of the Session, and you will be owed a refund on fees paid. After the start of the first day of the Session: cancel after the start of the session and receive a credit for fees paid to be used through September 2, 2022. Participants who cannot attend a registered session, must contact the HPTA office via email at rvcc@hpta-riverside.com, letting us know of your cancellation. To reschedule, send an email to rvcc@hpta-riverside.com, 48 hours prior. In the email, please include the clinic you will be missing with day/time, as well as the make-up clinic you wish to reschedule to. We cannot accommodate make-up requests sent within 24 hours of the missed clinic. Credits Any credits awarded will be valid for all 2022 sessions at HPTA beginning in September 2021 and ending in June 2022 and through the June-August 2022 Summer Camp season. No Shows Participants who do not attend their registered session (for any reason, including illness or vacation) and who do not contact HPTA to cancel by the refund/credit dates listed, will not receive a refund or credit.
  • Are your coaches certified professionals?
    All of our tennis coaches are above the age of 18 and have the requisite tennis credentials for the levels at which they are coaching. For more information on some of our coaches, please visit the “Staff” page on our website. What certifications and clearances do the tennis coaches have? All full-time and part-time staff must obtain the following clearances and certifications in order to coach on our tennis courts: Background Check Clearance through the state of Pennsylvania; Child Abuse Clearance through the state of Pennsylvania; Fingerprint Clearance through the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s database; USTA Safeplay Certification Course.
  • When are masks required at HPTA?
    **SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON LOCAL AND FEDERAL LAWS** Masks are currently not required either in or outdoors.
