6:00 AM to 9:00 AM $45.00 per hour
9:00 AM to 1:00 PM $55.00 per hour
1:00 PM to 3:00 PM $45.00 per hour
3:00 PM to 9:00 PM $55.00 per hour
9:00 PM to 11:00 PM $45.00 per hour
Where Applicable Lessons and Clinics will be Pro Rated:
9/2: Labor Day (pro-rated) 12/25: Christmas Day (pro-rated)
10/3: Rosh Hashanah (not pro-rated) 12/31: New Years Eve (not pro-rated)
10/12: Yom Kippur (not pro-rated) 1/1: New Years Day (pro-rated)
11/28: Thanksgiving (pro-rated) 4/20: Easter Sunday (not pro-rated)
12/24: Christmas Eve (not pro-rated) 5/26: Memorial Day (pro-rated)
